Logo a go-go (Mar 2011)
Oops, it's been a while since I last updated my news section so I thought i'd give you a brief update on what i've been up to lately.
Logo designs seem to be top on my agenda at the moment. I've been creating logos for all sorts of businesses from plumbers and electronics companies to dance schools and hairdressers. You can see these designs in my logo section. I think my logo design skills have improved quite a bit from when I started out as a freelancer three years ago, I've learnt that less is definitely more! The simpler the logo, the more effective it is.
I've also been working on quite a few front-end web designs which is always fun. I've created the look of a few dating websites along with a courier company and a couple of e-commerce sites too.
Let's hope the projects keep on coming and I can continue to create new and exciting designs for clients!
I promise I won't leave it as long next time too.
It's Crackit! (Jul 2010)
I was approached earlier this month by Warrington Wolves player Matt King to help create a logo and branding for his new invention, the Crackit bat. Matt has invented a new bat which combines the look and feel of a traditional cricket bat with the strings and power of a tennis racket-genius!
